Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers on behalf of a well-established and respected business. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused driver looking for a stable, long-term position with a company that values reliability, safety, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects in line with company procedures
  • Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customer sites across the region
  • Assisting with the unloading of products where required
  • Ensuring all delivery paperwork and transport documentation is completed accurately
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional manner at all times
  • Adhering to all road transport legislation, driver hours regulations, and health & safety requirements
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' Class 2 (Category C) driving experience
  • Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
  • Previous experience within multi-drop delivery work preferred
  • Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work
  • Physically fit and comfortable with occasional manual handling duties
