Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting HGV Drivers to join our client's growing wastewater and environmental services team based in Epping, Essex.

This is a full-time, permanent position operating a modern fleet of vacuum tankers, carrying out a variety of wastewater and environmental works.

Regular nights out are required as part of the role, so flexibility is essential.

The Role

  • Operating HGV vacuum tankers on wastewater and environmental contracts.
  • Carrying out overpumping and sludge operations.
  • Completing vehicle checks and job records using a tablet.
  • Completing GB Domestic logbooks where required.
  • Working safely and professionally on customer and public sites.
  • Start times will vary depending on operational requirements.
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday work may be required.
  • The business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, therefore flexibility is essential.
  • Regular nights out are a key part of this role. Requirements
  • Full UK HGV Licence (Category C or CE).
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements).
  • Previous vacuum tanker experience is preferred, ideally within the wastewater industry.
  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
  • Confident using tablet-based systems.
  • Reliable, flexible and safety-conscious approach to work. Pay Rates
  • Days (06:00 starts): £16.50 per hour PAYE
  • Nights (18:00 onwards): £18.00 per hour PAYE What's on Offer
