About the role

We're looking for an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy, well-established independent automotive service centre in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive workshop where quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service are highly valued.

What's on offer:

  • Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm every other weekend (2 Saturdays per month)
  • Basic salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Annual pay rise
  • Annual bonus
  • Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
  • Immediate start available

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
  • Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
  • Identify and report any defects or advisory work
  • Ensure all MOT documentation is completed accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Support the workshop team where required

About you:

  • Qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT licence
  • Previous experience carrying out MOT tests in a workshop environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
