Ironmongery Sales Coordinator Salary: £30,000 Basic + Commission Working Hours: Mon - Friday 40 hours a week, Hybrid working potential for the right candidate The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Ironmonger or someone with a strong background in architectural ironmongery to join an established and growing business, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of its online ironmongery operation. This is a varied role combining technical knowledge, sales administration, customer service and order management. You will play a key role in ensuring the online shop is kept up to date, customer enquiries are managed effectively and orders are processed and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the ironmongery or fire door industry, with the technical understanding to interpret floor plans, understand door specifications and identify the correct ironmongery requirements on a door-by-door basis. You will act as an important point of contact for customers, keeping them informed throughout the ordering and delivery process, while also identifying opportunities to generate additional sales and grow the online business.
