Sales Admin

Our Basingstoke Based client are looking for a Sales Admin to join their team. The Sales admin will be responsible for supporting the business sales activities and proving a high level of customer support.

Salary- £26,000-£28,000 per annum

Duties
* Answer calls in a professional and approachable manner, handling customer queries
* Taking orders and quote requests
* Tracking and managing shipments, liaising with customers on delivery time
* Assisting customers with pricing and product selection
* Using SAP to compile quotes and preparing orders
* Always adhering to company policies
* Supporting sales team to maintain customer records
