Therole
YouwillmakesuretheprogrammesthatputNeuronintorealairspaceanddefenceoperationsaredeliveredcorrectlyandontime:counter-drone(counter-UAS)systemsataregionalairport,ground-baseddetect-and-avoidfordrones,anassuredsurveillancecoordinationservicefortheCAA,distributedacousticdronedetectionfortheEuropeanSpaceAgency,anddeploymentsfordefenceandUASoperators.Eachoneconnectssensors,C2systemsandAIagentsacrossorganisations,andeachonehastoworkinthefield.Thisisahands-onroleforanengineerwhohasmovedintodelivery.Weareasmallteam,soyouruntheprogrammesandalsodorealtechnicalwork:youwriteandreviewrequirements,testplansandreports,runthetechnicalreviews,getintothedetailwithourengineersandpartners,andareonsitefortrials.OurSystemsandAssuranceEngineerleadsrequirementsandassurance,andourProductEngineerleadstheproduct.Youowndelivery,socustomers,partnersandtheteamcometoyoufirst.

- Bethefirstcontactondeliveryforpartnersandthefunders'monitoringofficers,andleadourSystemsandAssuranceEngineer.
- KeeptheESAcontract'sreviewgatesandourdefenceandcustomerdeploymentsontrack,includingNATOcounter-dronetestandevaluation.
- UseAItoolsandagentstorundeliverywell:automatethetracking,reportinganddocumentationthatwouldotherwiseneedaPMO.
