About the role

Founders Factory is seeking a Venture Designer to own end-to-end sprint cycles, turning investment themes into validated venture concepts ready for the Investment Committee.

You will conduct market research, map opportunities, and prototype solutions with a human-centric approach.

You will collaborate with venture builders, investors, and partners to push ideas from concept to validation, while maintaining pace in a high-autonomy studio environment in London.
