What's In It for You: Work-life balance 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Free on-site parking Quarterly achievable commission Recognition programs £250 reward for employee referrals Employee discounts for friends and family What You'll Be Doing: Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment Minimum 2 years of management experience Computer literate – Microsoft Suite Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred) All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
