We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician with a knack for diagnostics, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to work on Stellantis brand products as a key member of our successful aftersales team. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification, at a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and a first‑time fix to delight our customers every time.
  • Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and sell‑up opportunities.
  • Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
  • Assist and coach colleagues with technical assistance.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
  • Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if required).
  • Diagnose complex vehicle systems and routine service and repairs.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a diagnostic technician.
  • Strong knowledge of Stellantis vehicle systems.
  • Valid NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology or equivalent City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.
  • Passion for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
