Starr Insurance in London is seeking a focused Claims Operations Manager to support the Head of Claims Operations. You will drive the delivery of claims support services for Lloyd’s, Company Market, and non-bureau business, ensuring data quality, governance and timely service across stakeholders.
You will lead the eight-person Claims Support Team, coordinate improvements, and manage relationships with TPAs and partners to sustain operational excellence within a regulated environment.
