As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:<\/b>

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and script includes using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Implement and configure integrations with third -party systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, best -practice ServiceNow solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Support platform administration, patching, upgrades, and instance management across development, testing, and production environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operational runbooks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Provide third -line support for incidents, problems, and change requests related to the ServiceNow platform.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Work within secure environments while adhering to established security and data handling protocols.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>What You Bring to the Table:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands -on development across multiple ServiceNow modules.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, script includes, and Flow Designer.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience with ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Solid knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Hands -on experience with Update Sets, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and instance cloning.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving capabilities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Active SC Clearance is mandatory.<\/span>
