We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at St. James's Place Management Services. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead impactful campaigns and partnerships, elevating the profile of our Financial Adviser Academy. You will collaborate with various interested parties to compose, complete, and review world‑class campaign activities, ensuring they meet our brand standards and achieve outstanding outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and delivering campaigns, content, Affinity Partnerships, and Recruitment Events across all channels.
- Collaborating with Marketing Division and external parties to unite efforts in campaign and partnership activities.
- Accomplishing campaign plans with clear objectives, important metrics, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Promoting strong collaboration across teams to flawlessly complete campaign activities within budget and timeframe parameters.
- Collecting and analysing data to determine key campaign narratives and target audiences.
- Leading the content calendar and making decisions on content pillars, selection, and frequency.
- Developing and disseminating pre‑approved content to promote our activities.
- Coordinating and managing Recruitment Events with Affinity Partnerships.

You are an ambitious and proven marketing professional with an interest in delivering outstanding campaigns. Your background includes managing content, partnerships, and events while working autonomously under strategic direction. You thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to improving brand awareness and performance.
- Established background in directing marketing campaigns and alliances.
- Strong ability to collect and analyse data to inform campaign strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills to unite various collaborators.
- Experience in financial services marketing, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and capabilities.
- Knowledge of content creation and dissemination strategies.
