St Cuthbert's Care is seeking an HR Manager to lead all aspects of HR, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive workplace culture at its head office in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The role is a part-time position (21 hours per week) reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, with a salary of £45,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will drive employee engagement, manage absence and recruitment, and deliver HR reporting to the board while upholding the charity’s values and legal responsibilities.
