The Role: Operational leadership role managing sections of earthworks delivery, ensuring programme, safety, and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily site operations across earthworks zones
- Driving programme, productivity, and resource planning
- Leading site teams, subcontractors, and engineering staff
- Ensuring compliance with HS2 standards and environmental controls
- Reporting progress, risks, and commercial impacts
- Supporting temporary works coordination and technical assurance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Sub Agent/Section Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of earthworks methodologies and constraints
- Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple work fronts
