About the role

Location: Kent/Essex Corridor

Package: Competitive salary + uplift + accommodation/travel + benefits

The Role: Supporting earthworks, highways, structures, and drainage packages across the LTC corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out for earthworks, drainage, utilities, and structures
  • QA documentation, inspections, and as built records
  • Supporting site management with progress and reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with LTC standards and safety requirements
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and survey teams

Requirements:

  • Civil engineering degree
  • Experience in earthworks or highways (preferred)
  • Strong digital engineering and GPS machine control knowledge
  • Ability to work across multiple work fronts
