About the role

We are recruiting for a highly motivated Site Manager to join our busy construction site management team and help deliver continued growth across The Springfield Group.

This is a full-time position.

About the Role Reporting to our Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Springfield product is constructed in a safe and diligent manner, to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

You will do this by managing and co-ordinating site labour, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers.

You will also promote a pro-active health, safety and environmental culture, highlighting areas for continual improvement.

About You The successful candidate will

  • Have experience as a Site Manager, working to an established build programme, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Have a sound knowledge of housebuilding, construction processes and relevant legislation.
  • Be committed to delivering high quality homes and an excellent customer experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be confident building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Hold a full UK driving license, as travel to our various sites/offices will be required.
