About the role

Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Advisor to support our growing UK and European population. This role sits at the heart of our People & Culture team, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and providing critical daily guidance to managers on policy, compliance, and employee relations. If you have a solid foundation in UK employment law, hands-on experience with HRIS management (ideally Dayforce), and a passion for delivering a world-class employee experience, this is an incredible opportunity to make a visible impact on our regional operations.
