We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our high-performing team in Dagenham. In this role, you will use your industry knowledge and proven negotiation skills to help tenants find their ideal homes while supporting landlords with a seamless and professional lettings experience. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, managing offers, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Hornchurch, you will receive:
- £28000-£40000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company car (at Senior Negotiator only)
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
