Assistant Site Manager – St Austell £45,000 – £48,500 + Car Package Do you want to work for a regional developer who pride themselves on creating a quality build? My client, a leading house builder would like an experienced and ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a site in St Austell. Duties: * Assist with the management of the site team and the supervision of sub-contractors * Co-ordination of all sub-contractors and directly employed staff * Assist the Site Manager to drive production of the site, building to programme and budget * Ensure a high level of health and safety at all times * Liaise with the NHBC Suitable candidate: * Proven track record in house building at a similar level * Strong organisational and communication skills are also required * SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS card * Able to work with an experienced team to assist the development of yourself and others In return our client isoffering a competitive salary and benefits package including; company car or car allowance, pension, life insurance and more.
