About the role
We are recruiting an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi for our Property Team in the Basingstoke locality. You will travel regularly, and the company will provide a business-use van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
- 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
- Install windows, doors and door frames – internal and external
- UPVC servicing and installation
- Locksmithing – gain entry by lock snapping, drilling, picking
- Install fencing, posts, feather edge, chain-link and panels
- Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the residential/housing sector, or a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification combined with at least 5 years proven track record.
- Strong health & safety mindset and knowledge of best practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Full and current driver’s licence with at least 1 year of experience and capability to operate a company van.
Full-time 40 hours per week, with opportunity for call-out and overtime.
