We are working in partnership with a leading UK business rates consultancy, helping thousands of businesses reduce their costs and recover overpaid rates. We are on the hunt for a Telesales Agent to join our team. This is a target-driven outbound calling role (including cold calling) where you'll speak with business owners, introduce our services, and book appointments for our field sales team. If you're motivated by earning potential, enjoy speaking to people, and want to build a career in sales, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls using provided data
- Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients
- Explain our services clearly and professionally
- Book appointments for the field sales team
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous telesales, call centre, or sales experience is advantageous
