About the role

Sofina Foods is seeking a Customer Demand Analyst in North Yorkshire to deliver accurate forecasting, strong customer service, and clear, proactive communication with retailer supply chain teams to ensure product availability and reliable order fulfilment.

You will interpret customer intelligence to create a concise view of short-term sales, monitor forecast accuracy, support service performance, manage escalations promptly, and help optimise stock, promotions, and delivery planning.
