Slim Chickens is bringing Southern hospitality and freshly prepared, hand-breaded chicken to the UK, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven Assistant Manager to join our team in Uxbridge!

What's the role all about?
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to create an amazing experience for both our guests and team members.
You'll be a hands-on leader who leads by example, motivates the team and ensures our restaurant standards are always at their best.
What you'll be doing:

Leading shifts and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Inspiring, coaching and developing team members.

Delivering fantastic customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safety.

Supporting rotas, stock management, labour control and sales targets.

Helping recruit, train and develop your team.

Taking responsibility for opening and closing the restaurant.
What we're looking for:

Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, QSR or food retail.

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of food safety and allergen procedures.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
