About Us: We are recruiting for a well-established social housing contractor, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to local authority and housing association properties. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and getting the job done right the first time, we are looking to grow our dedicated team of trades professionals.
The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join our responsive repairs team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of carpentry works and associated multi-trade tasks in occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including doors, skirting, kitchens, and flooring
- Deliver a range of secondary trades including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and painting
- Complete all works to a high standard, ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance while representing the company
- Use PDA systems to receive and close jobs
