Sixty Eight People is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build a first‑principles TA function from the ground up within a hospitality group.
You’ll own difficult roles end‑to‑end, manage sponsorship and job board spend, and proactively source talent to reduce agency reliance.
You will partner with People and Operations teams, shape the employer brand, and mentor hiring managers to hire well without over‑reliance on external TA.
This 12‑month FTC offers substantial scope to prove impact.
