As Receptionist, you will welcome students, staff, academics and visitors, answering telephone calls and emails about various inquiries, and providing administrative assistance to staff. You will also manage meeting room bookings, ensure a clean and organised reception area, and happily assist with other ad-hoc tasks as they arise throughout the day., * Greeting students, staff and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression

  • Actively answering telephone calls, emails, and handling face-to-face enquiries, signposting as necessary

  • Managing meeting room bookings, ordering stationery, collecting and distributing reprographics, and distributing post

  • Leading in keeping the reception and other areas tidy and organised, contributing to a welcoming environment
