RECEPTIONIST Would you like to work in a fun and sociable team who are leaders in their field? An industry leading construction and engineering company is looking for a Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis for a six week assignment. RECEPTIONIST ROLE: Registering guests and providing reception assistance, including managing guest amenities for the office Supporting catering needs for meeting rooms and replenishing coffee supplies Organising event requests, ensuring facilities, catering, and pre-registrations meet event requirements Confirming upcoming meetings and sending pre-registration emails as part of meeting preparation Overseeing PPE requests and ensuring safety compliance for staff and guests Managing the switchboard, transferring inbound calls to the appropriate personnel Collecting, sorting, and distributing post; managing outgoing mail and parcels, notifying relevant departments Processing rail requests, booking taxis and couriers, handling purchase orders, and managing financial coding for invoices RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS: Minimum 12 months in a reception role Happy to work five days in the office Customer facing, bubbly and outgoing!
