The is a full-time position with an immediate start and will run for six months.

It is offered on a hybrid work structure, with one day a week working from home.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play an important role with the small Finance team.

You will report to the Finance Manager providing comprehensive financial administrative support ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations and procedures.

Your duties will include raising invoices, processing payments, managing suppliers, data entry, and addressing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Accounts Payable Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Finance Manager providing financial administrative support focused on Accounts Payable processing with an understanding of VAT
  • Managing invoice workflow - accurately processing and matching invoices to purchase orders and entry of invoices into the finance system
  • Actioning prepayments, intercompany allocations and the weekly
