About the role

IMMEDIATE START!!! Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for a new Co-pack Team Leader operatives to work at our client's site in DIRFT, NN67GX. As they are already leaders in this section, and have a well-trusted and respected brand, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a driven and experienced team in a fast paced, and growing business.

Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (occasional weekend overtime)

Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour + £40 weekly bonus after training completed. Overtime AM/PM Monday to Saturday is paid at £17.27 p/h. Overtime AM/PM Sunday is paid at £21.27 p/h.

The successful Team Leader candidate will have various skills to perform their duties effectively. These include:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Completing start of shift brief and handovers
Overseeing new starter introductions and referring or inductions
Completing return to works and managing absences
To coach, develop and motivate the team and monitor their performance on a daily, weekly basis to ensure all targets are being achieved and in line with the KPIs
Managing the daily running of your team within a busy Co-packing environment
Liaising with Supervisors, Line leads, and Management teams

Lead a dynamic co-pack team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Your profile

1 year of experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills.
