Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of their Quality Management System (QMS) and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
This is a highly visible role where you ll work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and key stakeholders to improve performance, reduce waste, and drive a culture of quality and excellence.

Role: As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the company s Quality Management System while championing Lean thinking throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities include: * Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001). * Driving a positive culture of quality, continuous improvement, and organisational learning. * Identifying inefficiencies, reducing waste, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the business. * Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented. * Developing KPIs to measure performance and producing regular managem...
