About the role

Shillito Group in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, is recruiting an HR Manager to lead the HR function within a growing manufacturing SME.

You’ll influence decisions, shape policies and partner with leadership to support the day-to-day needs of a busy operation.

Reporting to the CEO and Finance Manager, you’ll own recruitment, employee relations, payroll and policy development, while delivering commercially focused HR initiatives.
