Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team across Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Royston. You will support clients to remain independent in their own homes, including: Light cleaning, laundry, and shopping Meal preparation and medication support Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing) Attending appointments and social activities Supporting access to the community Have a genuine passion for care Treat people with dignity, respect, and kindness Are reliable, flexible, and hardworking Have strong communication skills Work well as part of a team Full UK driving licence Access to a reliable vehicle for work Contracted hours available Competitive Pay: 14.25 per hour (Mon–Fri) 15.25 per hour (Sat–Sun) Enhanced Bank Holiday Pay Mileage: 40p per mile 28 days paid holiday* Fully paid induction training 500 Refer a Friend scheme* Free uniform
