About the Role
Servaada is looking for an experienced Project Management leader to develop and enhance Project Management capability across the business.
You will lead the Project Management Centre of Excellence, supporting successful delivery of transformation, regulatory, migration and business change initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the Project Management Centre of Excellence.
- Create and maintain project delivery standards, frameworks and templates.
- Support Project and Programme Managers through coaching and guidance.
- Lead the Project Management community and encourage knowledge sharing.
- Improve project governance, planning, reporting and delivery consistency.
- Support project management tools and best practice adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Project or Programme Management experience within financial services.
- Experience creating and embedding project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership capability.
- Understanding of governance, financial management, risk management and benefits delivery.
- Experience in outsourcing, consulting or professional services.
- Experience building project management communities or capability frameworks.
- PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile or similar qualifications.
