What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and improve Servaada's change cost and benefits framework.
- Review and challenge business cases, forecasts and benefit assumptions.
- Track programme costs, budgets, forecasts and variances.
- Monitor financial and non-financial benefits across change initiatives.
- Identify risks to value delivery, including cost overruns and benefit leakage.
- Produce dashboards, reports and analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Support decision-making by providing clear portfolio insights.
- Work with Finance and PPM teams to improve reporting, data quality and processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing costs, benefits and business cases within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Experience tracking and measuring business benefits.
- Ability to analyse data and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with portfolio management, finance and reporting tools.
