Serna Group are seeking construction cleaning supervisors on a full-time basis to work in Croydon. You will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
What you'll be doing:
- Complete all cleaning tasks to a high standard within set timeframes.
- Team leadership, supervise and lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures in accordance with HS2 standards and regulations, ensuring the well-being of all team members.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that work is conducted efficiently and according to project schedules.
- Monitor work quality, materials usage, and adhere to project specifications in line with HS2 requirements.
- Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and other relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CSCS card and extra certifications.
- Must be able to provide references from previous employers.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction/cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid ID/Passport.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
