We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for a wide range of Office Administrative tasks, whilst ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures across the company operation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards ISO 1400, 9001 & 45001
  • Fleet management
  • Postal and office duties
  • Telephone and website enquiries
  • Liaising with staff in different departments and with external contacts
  • Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Issuing quotes and proposals for potential business
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing the office storage (materials and uniform orders)
  • Overseeing job scheduling

Requirements:

  • You will have 6 months to 1 year HR experience
  • Ability to work with volume and in a fast-paced environment
  • Have good Excel and Word skills as well as professional email etiquette
  • High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Promotes strict confidentiality within the department
