We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for a wide range of Office Administrative tasks, whilst ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures across the company operation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards ISO 1400, 9001 & 45001
- Fleet management
- Postal and office duties
- Telephone and website enquiries
- Liaising with staff in different departments and with external contacts
- Dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Issuing quotes and proposals for potential business
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing the office storage (materials and uniform orders)
- Overseeing job scheduling
Requirements:
- You will have 6 months to 1 year HR experience
- Ability to work with volume and in a fast-paced environment
- Have good Excel and Word skills as well as professional email etiquette
- High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Promotes strict confidentiality within the department
