About the role

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern - Retail to support store recruitment across the UK.

You will gain hands-on TA experience in a fast-paced, beauty-driven environment and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience.

Based at SEPHORA HQ in London with hybrid work (3 days onsite), the internship runs for 12 months.

You will assist with sourcing, scheduling interviews, onboarding materials, employer branding, and market research to improve talent processes.
