Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors and legal executives in the Family Department with case management.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  • Maintain and organize client files and case records.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • No prior experience in family law required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
