Secfix is a 100% remote team at the forefront of security compliance automation in Europe. We seek a Player-Coach Team Lead for our CSM group handling ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX and NIS 2 portfolios.
The role combines hands-on management with direct client work: coaching CSMs, onboarding new hires, and driving renewals and upsells while maintaining a lean, high-performing book of business. Fluency in German and English is required.
