SRE/Observability Engineer with strong experience of command and control for technical incident management and tooling automation. Expected to have a systematic approach to diagnosing complex technical issues and proficient in analysing telemetry data to identify performance bottlenecks, availability risks, and system anomalies. Must hold relevant observability and monitoring certification, with hands-on experience integrating Dynatrace, Grafana or Splunk with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and CI/CD pipelines for proactive monitoring.
