Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules.

- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and order as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Address any client concerns and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Customer relations experience
