This is a key contract role, suited to an experienced QA professional who can take full ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while ensuring robust quality standards are maintained across both internal teams and an external delivery partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate all testing and QA activities on a Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation.
- Manage the end-to-end UAT process - from test planning and execution to reporting and defect management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align test scenarios with real-world requirements.
- Hold third-party suppliers to account on QA deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal quality expectations.
