Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing D365 F&O applications, using Azure DevOps for test management, and automation expertise with Leapwork. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of D365 F&O implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Design and execute automated test flows using Leapwork for regression and repetitive testing tasks.
  • Use Azure DevOps for managing test plans, test cases, bugs, and reporting.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies as part of the QA team.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to ensure resolution.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in preparing test data.
  • Ensure testing standards and best practices are followed across projects.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Leapwork automation tool for test case design and execution.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing practices.
  • Ability to read and understand functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
