About the Role: As a Registration Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of event registration operations, helping to create a seamless experience for attendees from registration setup through to onsite event execution. You will work closely with event teams and external partners to coordinate processes, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of operational excellence and customer service are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Registration Manager and event teams in planning and executing the event registration process.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of registration services.
  • Provide support for onsite customer experience activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable event attendance process for all participants.
  • Oversee the setup and operational efficiency of registration-related equipment onsite, solving any technical issues swiftly to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist in managing queues and crowd flow to ensure a streamlined registration process for event attendees.
  • Track registration costs for each event, maintaining detailed budget reports and striving for cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality control within all registration operational processes and reporting, continually seeking improvements.
  • Set up and manage the entire lifecycle of the registration process, guaranteeing all tracking documents are meticulously maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting event registration operations or event administration.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Experience tracking budgets and maintaining reporting documentation.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
