About the role

The Campaign Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape the strategic direction of the company's campaign efforts. The position focuses on identifying new business opportunities and developing appropriate plans to capitalise on them. It involves exploring emerging markets, products, services, and technologies while monitoring market share and competitive activity. The role requires an experienced practitioner with in-depth knowledge and the ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and contribute to process improvements. By applying best practices and leveraging insights from internal and external business issues, the individual will help enhance products and services. Additionally, the role serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated campaign plans across digital and traditional channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure brand and content alignment.
  • Use market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
  • Partner with the Data Operations Manager to leverage audience insights for targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
