We are seeking to recruit a highly self-motivated, conscientious, and committed individual who has a do it now & can-do attitude to produce high quality rubber moulded products to specification and target. This role would particularly suit someone looking to build on their existing experience and take the next step in their development within the business.

No two days are the same when working as an NPI Technician, each day you will work with a variety of parts allowing for creativity to flow. Based in the Aberdeen Workshop, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all new product introductions are completed on time and within budget, ensuring all production related processes are carried out in an efficient way. You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Minimum grade level 2 moulding experience is essential. Ability to work on own initiative, willingness to learn and make decisions.

Candidate must be able to work shifts (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm to 6am).
