Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the challenge to meet targets? We are seeking to recruit a highly self-motivated, conscientious and committed individual who has a do it now & can-do attitude to coach individuals on how to produce high quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver an excellent training service and provide support on shift to raise the knowledge of employees. Based in the Aberdeen Workshop, reporting to the Shift Team Leader the position's main responsibilities are to coach employees on products, tools and equipment, provide refresher training and deliver training in accordance to training process.

Candidate will carry out Manufacturing Operator duties when not training. Previous experience within moulding related discipline is required. Must have a passion for learning and coaching. Train the trainer certification would be advantageous. Candidate must be able to work shifts, which is covered over a three-shift rotation pattern (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am) rotating each week.
