RPC UK is seeking a Head of Business Development to shape and drive RPC's commercial growth. You will own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract signature, lead a high-performing BD team and manage strategic Oracle/partner relationships to win new business across consultancy, licences, hosting and services.
You will collaborate with delivery, consulting, marketing and finance to align strategy with execution, traveling to client sites and events as needed.
