About the role

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a strategic leader to take on the Head of Housing Building Safety and Investment role, responsible for safety, compliance and long‑term investment of the Council’s housing assets. The postholder will lead asset management, building safety and investment planning, reporting to senior leaders and working across the Council to deliver large‑scale capital works and improvements for residents.
