About the Role As a Bartender at Papermoon, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences through outstanding drinks, attentive service and a welcoming personality.
You will work closely with both the bar and restaurant teams to ensure every guest enjoys the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to the highest standard.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and engaging service to every guest.
Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
Develop a strong understanding of our cocktail menu, wine list and premium spirits.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory and daily bar preparation.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, food safety and health
